With our HVAC maintenance program, you get two professional system checks each year for only $120 per unit, helping catch small issues early, improve efficiency, and extend the life of your equipment—before extreme Southwestern Missouri weather puts it to the test.
What’s Included in Our Maintenance Plan
Our plan covers two scheduled visits per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. We’ll notify you when it’s time to schedule, so you don’t have to remember a thing.
Spring Air Conditioning Tune-Up
Before the heat sets in, we’ll inspect and service your air conditioning system, including:
- Washing condenser coils
- Checking refrigerant pressures
- Inspecting electrical controls and connections
- Checking motors and bearings
- Inspecting evaporator coils
Fall Heating System Tune-Up
Before colder weather arrives, we’ll make sure your furnace or heating system is ready, including:
- Checking all electrical components
- Cleaning pressure tubing and flame sensors
- Inspecting the heat exchanger
- Checking amp draws on the blower
- Inspecting heat strips for electric heat systems
Simple, Affordable Pricing
Our maintenance plan is:
- $120 per year per unit for both visits
- $60 per visit/per unit if paid individually
The plan covers inspection, cleaning, and routine maintenance only. Any needed repairs, parts, or refrigerant are not included, but we’ll always explain our findings clearly and provide honest recommendations—no pressure, no surprises.
